The Ranch Country Club

Centrally located between Boulder and Denver, The Ranch Country Club is a Colorado golf community in Westminster. Designed in 1974 by Dick Phelps, The Ranch golf course boasts great views of the Rocky Mountains, rolling terrain and mature trees.  The member owned Country Club also offers swimming, tennis, dining and more.  

Residential development in the area began in the 70's and continues today with the addition of high-end customs. Ideally situated between Interstate 25 & US 36 (Boulder Turnpike), this area offers easy access to Downtown Denver, Boulder and Denver International Airport.  For shopping, Flatiron Crossing offers a relatively close, modern, indoor and outdoor shopping facility with major national chains, local businesses, restaurants, and a movie theater. 

The northwest metro area in general is a mix of established and newer developments, and the area around The Ranch Country Club embodies both elements, with the real estate including some stately older homes and high-end new luxury homes.
