The Club at Pradera
Located along Colorado’s eastern plains, The Club at Pradera possesses some spectacular scenery, although not the kind you may think of when you think about Colorado. Bluffs, rolling hills and sagebrush intertwined along the seemingly never-ending plains.
The unique landscape presented a wonderful opportunity for a special golf course and course architect, James Engh took full advantage of it. The course meandering through this Colorado golf community stays true to his reputation. This “irish-modern” course is special and makes great use of what mother nature laid-out, and of course, it wouldn’t be an Engh design without his signature elevation changes.
Much of the real estate around The Club at Pradera features larger lots which accentuate the feeling of open space and a feeling of serenity in the area. Rolling hills, a mix of home styles and an acclaimed golf course running through the middle of it all, Pradera is a shining example of a Colorado golf community and has been a welcome addition since its opening in 2005.

Just a short drive from Historic Downtown Parker, Pradera has good access to modern conveniences, despite being outside the “suburban” area. Part of Pradera's draw is that it offers the feeling of being "away from it all".
