Perry Park Country Club

One of two Colorado golf communities located in Larkspur, Perry Park Country Club is a scenic, member owned club. Located roughly mid-way between Denver and Colorado Springs, this area has proven to be appealing to those wishing to be "away from it all", but close enough for a reasonable commute to some of the major, more populated areas. Located close to Bear Dance golf course, Perry Park has benefited from the buzz within the Colorado golf community created by Bear Dance, which is an acclaimed public course that reminded many of those in the metro area that golf in Larkspur is both legitmate and scenic. However, the Perry Park community offers perks of a private club including a limited membership and numerous social activities run through the club.

Perry Park’s course is a scenic, mountain-style course set amidst pines and natural red rock formations that rise from the ground seemingly out of nowhere. Not limited to the immediate area, much of the topography between the metro area and Colorado Springs (where Larkspur is) is exceptionally beautiful and unique. The serenity and natural beauty has made this a popular location for high-end luxury homes. The location, while out of the metro area, allows for a reasonable drive to the metro area, the Denver Tech Center, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs.

Larkspur is a Colorado original. The small locale has plays host to the annual Renaissance Festival which has become a Colorado tradition over the years and attracts thousands to the area every summer.
