Indian Peaks
Indian Peaks is a Colorado golf community in Lafayette that boasts magnificent views of the Indian Peaks range. The city of Lafayette is a community located just outside Boulder.
Indian Peaks Golf Course is a Hale Irwin signature design. The course has received many accolades over the years, being recognized by Golf Digest as a 4-star course and by the Daily Camera (Boulder’s major newspaper) as the best course in Boulder County.
With good access to Boulder and a reasonable commute to the Omni Interlocken Loop area, the Indian Peaks community has proven to be a desirable location in the northwest metro area. Boulder offers an interesting big city close by, as well as Boulder reservoir, the University of Colorado and other attractions. Enjoying close proximity to the Boulder, but in essence being a suburb, Lafayette has the luxury of being close to all major conveniences, while still being a little bit away from Boulder for those who enjoy a more suburban setting.
Many places in the area enjoy breath-taking panoramic views of the Indian Peaks range, which includes some of the most beautiful and impressive peaks along all the Front Range. The northwest metro area experienced a building boom in the 90’s and 00’s, due in part to the job opportunities developing along the US 36 (Boulder Turnpike), and the outstanding views much of the area possesses.
Real estate in the area surrounding Indian Peaks runs a broad spectrum of prices. Depending on availability, homes will range generally from the 200’s to well over the million-dollar mark.
