Nestled against the western edge of Highlands Ranch is Highlands Ranch Golf Club. The neighborhood and Golf Club offer a location that is not only exceptionally convenient, but also enjoys some wonderful views of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. The semi-private Golf Club is a Hale Irwin design that prides itself on impeccable course maintenance and outstanding greens.

Conveniences abound in the area. The new Towne Center offers multiple restaurants and stores, and the location offers great access to C-470. Nearby Aspen Grove and Park Meadows mall offer large, modern shopping centers that are home to almost any major retailer you can think of, as well as a broad selection of dining options.

Just down C-470 is Chatfield Reservoir, which is a large body of water and a popular boating location. Chatfield Reservoir is also the launching area of choice for hot-air balloon enthusiasts. It is not uncommon to see the morning sky filled with hot-air balloons along the horizon.
