Heritage Eagle Bend

      

Heritage Eagle Bend is a gated, "Active Adult" community located just southeast of E-470.  The area includes all the amenities you would expect of a modern golf community including a large clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and a fitness room. There are also numerous planned activities for residents.  The course boasts great views of the Rocky Mountains and a challenging round. 

The area enjoys easy access to E-470, making for a relatively quick commute to Denver International Airport.  While the area does sit out east of the Denver metro, it offers a convenient lifestyle due to not only being close to a major highway, but the new Southlands shopping center as well.  Southlands is a large, modern shopping “district” that also offers dining options and is a short drive from the area. Additionally, a smaller “shoppette” is located directly outside the community.

Heritage Eagle Bend is located in south east Aurora. This part of Aurora has seen tremendous growth in recent years and become a very popular location, in part due to the completion of E-470, but also as a result of the look and feel of the developments in the area.
