Fossil Trace Golf Club is a Colorado golf community that you won’t soon forget. Set amongst some of the metro area’s most interesting and visually appealing topography, Fossil Trace Golf Club opened to much fan-fare in 2003. Situated below the south Table Mountain (mesa), this Jim Engh design is the type of course you call your friends to tell them about. Dramatic scenery, massive sandstone rock formations, ancient dinosaur footprints and antique mining equipment come together to make for an unforgettable round. James Engh has become one of the hottest names in golf course architecture, and if he keeps producing courses like this, he will likely remain at the top of his field for a long time to come.
The city of Golden, Colorado is one of a handful of truly unique Colorado cities. With a quaint small town feel, rich history, scenic beauty and convenient location, Golden has long been a desirable address.
