Columbine Country Club

Sitting in the southwest metro area, Columbine Valley and Columbine Country Club offer a unique Colorado golf community.  The appeal of the area has attracted high-end new construction that is now sprinkled in with the established real estate.  Columbine Valley enjoys a good mix of home-styles and ages.  Single-family homes vary from cared-for, modest ranches to high-end luxury customs.  The area is quietly establishing itself as one of the metro area's premier luxury real estate communities.

Some highlights include the close proximity to conveniences, entertainment and the outdoors.  Just a short drive away, Aspen Grove provides a large, modern outdoor shopping center with major national retailers as well as a selection of restaurants.  Also nearby, historic Downtown Littleton provides a charming “small town Main St.” feel, with local businesses and restaurants.  For getting to the outdoors, there are nearby trails. Additionally, Chatfield Reservoir provides a large body of water and is also a favorite launch area for hot-air balloon enthusiasts.  A short drive to the foothills offers the opportunity to get out and experience Colorado.

Columbine Country Club is a membership by nomination club that features a good traditional course (eighteen holes plus a 9-hole par three), a 40,000 square foot clubhouse, golf and tennis.  They also have a program in place for those that may not know a member, so there is an opportunity to gain access for those moving in from out of the area.   The general location provides good access to major thoroughfares such as Santa Fe Blvd. and C-470.

Due to its close proximity to Littleton Golf & Tennis Club, some listings may appear in both searches.
