Cherry Hills Country Club

Cherry Hills Country Club is one of two courses that those outside of Colorado (golf-fanatics aside) would recognize. Founded in 1922, it is steeped in history and is one of the most prestigious Colorado golf course communities. Long defining the luxury lifestyle in Colorado, Cherry Hills is one of the most exclusive luxury areas in all of Colorado.

With homes generally starting in the millions, the area features gracious estates on large lots. While the real estate in the area alone is impressive, the general location is a definite part of the appeal as well. Ideally spaced from Downtown Denver, I-25 and the Denver Tech Center, the area has been location of choice for many executives.

Whenever an area is in demand, you usually end up with an “old” and a “new”. Cherry Hills Village is no exception. The “old” Cherry Hills provides a more rural feeling, invoking a feeling of graciousness and tranquility. As the demand for the area persisted over the years, it naturally attracted high-end custom luxury homes that make up the “new” Cherry Hills Village today.
