BirdieHomes.com was created by Brad Spence with three primary goals in mind:
1. Provide service that exceeds expectations.
2. Provide sellers of homes in golf communities, a marketing tool that speaks directly to their target market.
3. Provide buyers, looking for homes on or around golf courses a focused, simplified way to zero-in on their dream home.
The concept is really pretty simple. We make it easier for people looking to buy homes in golf course communities to find relevant properties, without having to sift through countless listings that are no where near a golf course AND we make it easier for people looking to sell their golf community homes to find potential buyers that are truly within the target market. With this in mind, we set out to create this website and to provide the type of service we feel buyers and sellers of homes deserve. Rest assured, we understand buying or selling a home is a major life event. Our service and innovative approach to real estate marketing will help you accomplish your real estate goals.

Brad's committment to his clients can be observed by looking at his continuing and growing success over recent years. After finishing ranked No. 15 (overall production) in 2006 within an office of approximately 200 Realtors, Brad exceeded that benchmark by climbing to No. 8 for 2007 and at the time of this writing has moved to No. 1 within his office. A multiple-time recipient of the Keller Williams Award for Excellence in Written Sales ('06, '07, '08), Brad credits his success to the simple idea of truly having his client's best interests in mind. A sincere belief in hard-work, dedication to clients and to constantly improving personally and professionally, has helped Brad's business flourish in a market taht has seen countless Realtor's struggling or even dropping out of the real estate industry. Brad's previous business experience included operating/managing a mulit-million dollar automotive-related business and owning and operating a graphics/marketing business.

Brad and wife Kristine are happily married and the proud parents of two young boys. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and golfing and skiing, when time allows. Brad grew up in the suburbs of Denver and has lived in various locations throughout the metro area since. This, along with the good fortune of having family members scattered around the Denver area has allowed Brad to develop a broad understanding of Denver and the surrounding suburbs and cities.
